This is a full-time position, located in Athens, Greece, requiring physical presence in our offices.
The role within Aqurance:
The Personal Assistant is a person responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, in a well-organized and timely manner.
Is your profile right for the job?
The right candidate to apply for this job is a university degree holder related to Business Administration or equivalent knowledge area, with proven working experience in secretary positions.
He/She will be responsible for:
- Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Work daily with the CEO supervising the International and local Business, Sales progress by following up on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressure.
- Organize and prioritizes information and calls. Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
- Take notes at meetings to produce detailed texts and meeting minutes
- Edit own texts or other documents for correct grammar, spelling and punctuation (in Greek and English)
- Sort and distribute mail on behalf of the CEO.
- Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, excel tables, and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs by collecting and analyzing information.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handling matters proactively.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, and meal planning.

Possessing skills and experience on the following areas will benefit you:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- BSc in Business Administration or related.
- Fast typing skills > 60 wpm; using a touch typing system is a plus
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English language (oral & written). A bilingual speaker is preferable.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to handle office gadgets and applications.
- Handle pressure in a wide variety of activities.
- Credible personality who handles confidential information with discretion.
Previous working experience in a corporate environment is essential. Related professional certifications are welcome. Excellent command of the Greek and English languages is required.
