Digital Account Executive

Job description:

The Account Executive for Digital Content Servicesis the person responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and advising on new opportunities; and recommending mutually profitable solutions and service improvements.

The position reports to the Head of Commercial & Medical Content.

Profile

The right candidate to apply for this job holds a bachelor’s degree related to Computer Engineering, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent knowledge area. Having proven working experience in customer-facing commercial positions will be a plus.

You will be responsible to:

  • Identify new business while managing existing and new customers
  • Collect business requirements and help design fitting portfolio solutions
  • Consult customers on product and solution enhancements
  • Engage customers and build rapport with key stakeholders and brand managers
  • Assist in product and solution demos including design, preparation, and presentation
  • Collaborate with other teams to reach accurate and timely results
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of designed solutions before committing to a proposal
  • Evaluate deliverables to assess alignment with customer expectations
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with Customer’s marketing goals and brand guidelines
  • Conduct research to understand the target audience and market trends
  • Create detailed content briefs outlining objectives, target audience, key messages, and deliverables
  • Act as the liaison between Customer’s marketing team and graphic design, and development internal teams to ensure cohesive project execution
  • Schedule and lead meetings to discuss project requirements, progress, and feedback
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers to produce visual content such as CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) presentations, email campaigns, key visuals, and campaign designs
  • Work with Developers to create and optimize digital assets
  • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
  • Review all content and designs to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Test digital content (emails, landing pages) to ensure functionality across different devices and platforms
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize future content
  • Prepare reports summarizing content performance and project outcomes
  • Stay updated with the latest digital tools and technologies to enhance content creation and delivery processes
  • Provide training and support to Customers on content creation best practices and tool usage
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas in collaboration with creative teams
  • Participate in creative sessions to contribute to the overall campaign and content strategy

Possessing skills and experience on the following areas will benefit you:

  • Good understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and Web/UX/UI design principles
  • Negotiation, Sales Planning and Prospecting Skills
  • Familiarity with Office 365 environment and proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM and/or SFMC

Previous working experience in a corporate environment will be an asset. Related professional certifications are welcome.Excellent command of bothGreek and English languages is required.

Working experience in Pharmaceutical industry or in a Digital Agency will be considered a plus.

Business reporting experience will also ease the learning curve you need to ride, to succeed in this position.You may occasionally be required to travel, support, and communicate with your colleagues, remotely.
